GPS raw data without network access

There are several Apps which permit determination of position using internal iPhone GPS. The data is virtually always nicely presented using a map (mostly from Google). This map presentation requires being online.

Is there any App, which allows presentation of raw GPS data, in terms of position, altitude, number of satellites, signal quality, ... all basic GPS data.

Something you might like is MotionX GPS, shows quite some info, as well as it saves tracks etc.
